Delivery Timelines:

Standard delivery across India usually takes 4 to 7 business days, depending on your delivery pincode.

Bulk or heavy items (such as thermal massage beds and heating mats) are shipped via specialized surface logistics and may take 5 to 9 business days.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before order placement.

Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link and courier details will be shared via SMS / WhatsApp / Email.

Damaged in Transit:

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with from the outside, please record an unboxing video and notify our support team immediately.
